Some just can not do and live lives miserable. Others, seeking to offset the sense of solidarity actions and helping others. And there are those who do not really feel guilty, but prefer balance the world and achieve harmony with some behaviors that they believe, were able to neutralize the effect of their greed.

Synopsis: Kate
(Keener) is a woman with several ethical dilemmas that are dedicated to buying antiques from recently deceased people cheaply, then sell them more expensive in their own furniture store. The woman lives and works with her husband Alex (Platt), who often feed this greed.

Both have the difficult task of raising a teenage daughter with no intention of inculcating the principles of material greed even though they are not able to preach example. With family in an apartment that is also their property, lives the old Andra (Ann Guilbert), who is usually accompanied by his two granddaughters, Rebecca (Hall) and Mary (Peet). The couple looks forward to Andra's death to claim the floor. Kate's interactions with her husband and daughter and their neighbors will eventually change his life.
